Our processing time varies. Check the bar on the top of the page for the current processing time.
Shipping Carrier
Within the Netherlands we send using DHL, PostNL and UPS. Please check your shipping confirmation to see which carrier has been used.
Internationally, we send using PostNL and UPS. If standard tracking has been chosen (tracking number will start with LA), then PostNL will hand over the parcel to the national carrier of the destination country. The same tracking code can then be used with the national carrier for updates. Some examples of national carriers:
Belgium: bpost
Germany: DHL/Deutsche Post
France: LaPoste
Denmark/Sweden: PostNord
United Kingdom: Royal Mail
United States: USPS
Tax and Import fees
Please note that your order might be eligible for added tax and import fees if you are NOT an EU resident.

1 - 2 business days. Please note that no untracked mail is delivered on Mondays.

Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are calculated upon total order weight. Lighter packages means cheaper shipping. This way we can keep the shipping as low as possible. Track & Trace is standard on heavier items and an optional extra on lighter items.
The Netherlands
Free shipping is available on all items to the Netherlands. Tracking for light orders is available for €3.00.
Europe (Including non-EU countries)
Untracked options are available at €1.50, for orders up to 20 grams.
Tracked options are available at €2.50, €3.00, €3.50 and €4.00, depending on weight and destination.
UPS options (for faster delivery) are available at €8.00, €10.00, €12.00, €13.00, €14.00, €16.00, €17.00, €19.00, €22.00 and €28.00, depending on weight, destination and delivery speed.
All orders over €45 come with free, tracked shipping (Excluding Spain)!
United States
Untracked options are available at €1.50, for orders up to 20 grams.
Tracked options are available at €7.00 and €10.00, depending on weight.
UPS options (for faster delivery) are available at €23.00, €24.00, €34.00 and €36.00, depending on weight and delivery speed.
Rest of the World
Untracked options are available at €1.50, for orders up to 20 grams.
Tracked options are available at €6.00 and €7,00, depending on weight.
UPS options (for faster delivery) are available at €49.00, €52.00, €59.00 and €64.00, depending on weight and delivery speed. Please note that we can only send using UPS to certain countries.
