Parcels sent with UPS:

Parcels sent with UPS are trackable on the UPS website. The tracking numbers usually start with '1ZA3G331'. You can track your pacel here: https://www.ups.com/nl/nl/Home.page

The tracking status is 'delivered', but I have not received anything.

This can sometimes happen with PostNL parcels sent as letterbox parcels. The mailman does not carry a PDA with him to scan the parcel as delivered. This is an automatic process. The parcel usually gets delivered within 4 business days after it has been changed to delivered. If this is not the case, or you experience this problem with a UPS package, please contact us.
